Some diabetic neuropathy medications are associated with falls in older adults


Use of tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) or gabapentinoids increased the risk of falls and fractures in older adults with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), according to results of an observational study published in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society.
